We strive for customer satisfaction however we know that things can happen. When it comes to a bad product we want to know about it. When you are ordering a 1/4, 1/2 or whole there is money required up front to hold this animal and harvest date for you. Unfortunately we are not able to return this money due to the fact that we have to secure a harvest date, purchase an animal, and feed and care for this animal. Please make sure that you are committed to this process before making any decisions for this reason. We want to make sure that customers are happy and satisfied but we also have to make sure that our animals are cared for also.
