  • Can I get a refund on my purchase?
    We strive for customer satisfaction however we know that things can happen. When it comes to a bad product we want to know about it. When you are ordering a 1/4, 1/2 or whole there is money required up front to hold this animal and harvest date for you. Unfortunately we are not able to return this money due to the fact that we have to secure a harvest date, purchase an animal, and feed and care for this animal. Please make sure that you are committed to this process before making any decisions for this reason. We want to make sure that customers are happy and satisfied but we also have to make sure that our animals are cared for also. Looking for just a taste first?   • How do I order a beef?
    So you are looking to order a whole beef, and not sure how to do it. Well that is why we are here to help. This process is all done over the phone with us. We will walk you through the whole process no contacting a third party, you do not have to worry about where to pickup at as that is also done at our farm.
